On their way to the 2021 Spa Classic Event in October Classic Team Lotus collected 47GT #77 from a classic car dealer in Brussels under the instruction of the new owner Todd Carter based in the USA.

It is with great sadness that Classic Team Lotus reports the passing of Yvonne Warr, another great lady in the story of Team Lotus.

Hazel Chapman has passed away peacefully, at home, close to Hethel and all things Lotus, on 13th December 2021, aged 94. Co-Founder of Lotus Cars, she was a constant presence and played a fundamental role in the success of the marque.

Classic Team Lotus drivers have finished the season with a Jerez/Portimao double header.

For years we have dropped the original skirts of 79/3 – for display – and then fastened them back up, without knowing what was going on inside the skirt boxes.

Presently the Jochen Rindt exhibition is taking place in Jochen’s home town of Graz.
