New Workshop

The new Classic Team Lotus workshop building – adjacent to the existing workshops – is nearing completion.  The interior fit has been complicated and challenging – a bit like the structure of the building! – with every effort being made to have it just as we want it; mainly as capacious as possible.  With 40 cars through the workshop in 2017 and 2018 looking similar it really is essential to maximise the space for cars, spares, equipment and facilities. 

Meanwhile, still in the old workshops and with space at a premium, Lotus Cars has been helpful, as ever, by accommodating a number of cars on the factory site.  Also Chris Dinnage and CTL customers have been able to take to the test track after the winter work programmes, to make sure cars are on the button in readiness for getting back to competition.
