The Classic Team Lotus Garden Party
The Chapman family is pleased to announce that the inaugural Classic Team Lotus Garden Party will be held on May 20th. Tickets can now be booked for this exciting and highly prestigious event. A extensive selection of exceptional and historically significant Lotus cars as well as a host of fascinating exhibits will be on display in the beautiful gardens of East Carleton Manor in Norfolk.
The Chapman family is delighted to be welcoming guests to the haven that Hazel & Colin created together, on the day between their birthdays. This will be a day of Lotus happenings to cherish and remember. Guest reception will be in the forecourt of the Manor and welcome refreshments and a seated lunch will be served in the marquee on the lawns of the Manor. Lotus cars will have preferred parking and the opportunity for a photograph with the Manor as the backdrop.
Exclusive audio, image and video presentations throughout the day will include the launch of the new 2-volume Colin Chapman Biography as well as the unveiling of monuments to both Hazel & Colin.
The revealing of a very special 75 years memento will take palce and there will be several significant honorary Lotus guests present to tell their memories and stories of 75 Lotus years to the guests. We are also excited to announce that the first exclusive British viewings of a new Lotus documentary film made this year will be possible.
Spring is an especially lovely time in Hazel & Colin’s gardens and the wonderful landscape will provide a stunning backdrop to the displays of full-size cars, model cars and historically themed Lotus materials.
